1. What File Format do you need to print my artwork?

    We require an editable PDF, or the .ai, eps. essentially an editable vector format is perfect for what is required for print, whether that be business cards, flyers, clothing print etc, this means colour changes can be made if required to suit and sizing and placements

    We have templates on the product pages which you can use to set your own artwork

    What is not suitable is JPG and PNG, these aren't editable, and we would be unable to change any elements if that was required.

  2. Can you design and create artwork for me ?

    Yes we can!

    Typically this starts from £60.00 + VAT 

    If there are lots of different items that artwork files are needed for (i.e banners, booklets, flyers, business cards etc) within the same job, we will work out a package price for you.

  3. Can you design a logo for my company?

    Yes we can!

    Logo creation / design starts from £400 + VAT 

    We will provide the logo in a variety of formats for use digitally / social media / printing etc

    We will work with you from your brief, learn about what your company is about, ethos, and come up with a range of logo's for you.

    Bespoke design work can take time so please bear with us to allow us to work with you getting it right.

  4. What artwork is required for Embroidery?

    We will require a good resolution image, unlike for printing, this can be a PNG or JPEG, PDF is preferred but not always necessary.  This is due to the digitising process our end, Once we set your artwork for embroidering purposes, we always perform a sample stitch out first for you to approve or make tweaks, once you are happy and approve the stitch out, this is what will be used for production.

    * a one off digitising fee of £30.00 + VAT is chargeable on first order for embroidered items/clothing

  5. Can you file check my artwork?

    We do however there is an additional fee for this of £6 +VAT

    If you are confident your artwork file is set correctly and do not wish to have a file check, we will print what you have supplied with no checks. What you supply us is what will print.

  6. What do you check when doing a file check?

    What does this include?

    We will check that your artwork file you have sent is fit for printing;

    Is the file type and file size correct (we can accept up to a maximum of 200mb)

    Anything larger will need to be sent via WeTransfer or compressed

    Is the file the correct size? height and width

    Are there the correct number of pages for this job?

    Are there the correct number of sides for the printed pages of this job?

    Is the file set to the correct orientation?

    Will this job require spot UV? Is the spot UV layer set up correctly (if applicable)?

    Does this job use the correct fold?

    Does this job require extra finishing?

    Is the content of the artwork appropriate?

    Is the copy legible? you don't want fonts to be less than 8pt

    Is the resolution suitable for this product?

    Has the correct safe zone been left clear? is there sufficient bleed?

    Are there any transparency issues? are there any layout inconsistencies?

    Has the correct colour profile been used? All artwork must be supplied in CMYK.

    Are all the fonts embedded correctly?
